Vallorii hosted a webinar on Thursday 26 June 2025, exploring the Cost of Capital in AR7 for Scottish offshore wind assets.

We examined the significant construction & supply chain risks offshore wind projects face, as well as the impact if zonal pricing were to take effect. Based on these risks, Vallorii finds AR7 Cost of Equity of 9.7% - 10.6%, implying a strike price of £74.0 - £89.1 per MWh (2012 prices).
